Be Happy Practical Meditation

Everybody wants to be Happy. So I have an only one tricks for meditating yourself to happiness.

At first open all window of your room.

Then sit down in a comfortable chair. Close your eyes.

Now take a deep breath. Leave it slowly. Repeat it 5 times.

Count down 100 to 1.


Now tell silently "I am getting deeper,more deeper ".

After 5 mins tell silently "Leave long, Happy strong, Grow young."

Stay that situation at least 10 mins.

Count up 1 to 5. And tell "I am getting fresher, more fresher".

Now wake up.
